Information you give us. When you send a booking request, a proposal request or a message, we receive what you type into the form:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• Your travel date, the number of travellers and the tour you are interested in
• Your company and country, if you fill in the travel-agency form
• Anything else you choose to write in your message

Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our server keeps technical logs when pages are requested:

• IP address
• Browser and device type
• The pages requested and the time of the request
• The page that linked to us, if any

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

We use what we collect to:

• Reply to your request and plan and deliver your trip
• Contact you about a booking you have asked for
• Keep the website running, secure and free of spam
• Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share your details only where it is needed to arrange what you asked for or to run the website:

• Hotels, drivers, guides and other suppliers involved in your booking
• Bokun, the booking platform that processes online payments for us
• The companies that host and protect this website

These parties may use your information only for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, your message is also handled by that service under its own privacy terms.

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set ourselves is a sign-in cookie for our own staff when they use the administration area; visitors never receive it.

The Contact page shows a Google map, which loads content from Google. Google may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies when the map loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the public pages of this site work without them.

Requests are stored on our own server, access to them is limited to our team and protected by a password, and backups are kept securely. No website can promise absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.

We keep booking requests and messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and trip, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records. After that they are deleted. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then removed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See the personal data we hold about you
• Have it corrected
• Have it deleted
• Limit or object to how we use it

This website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
